About Lindsay Magaram:
Lindsay began her yoga journey by completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Sonic Yoga in 2014, followed by her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Illumina Yoga. Through her studies, she developed a deep appreciation for the world of energy, discovering the profound influence of the luminous human energy field and its role in shaping both our inner landscape and our relationship with the world around us.
In 2021, Lindsay completed Levels I and II of her Usui Reiki training, further expanding her understanding of energy healing. Inspired by the wisdom of the Andean Medicine Wheel, she continued her studies in spiritual practices and energy medicine. In 2026, she completed the 500-hour Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine program with The Four Winds under the guidance of Alberto Villoldo.
Lindsay brings this rich foundation of yoga, energy medicine, and spiritual practice into every class she teaches. She enjoys weaving the wisdom of the chakras into her offerings while drawing inspiration from nature, art, and everyday life to create meaningful, dynamic experiences that invite students to deepen their practice and reconnect with themselves.
She is currently teaching yoga at The Greenwich Water Club, Beckoning Path in Armonk, and an inpatient eating disorder facility in South Salem. Click here to find out more information on Lindsay’s current yoga classes.
